Mama Jacq’s is deeply rooted in family. The scrumptious flavours created by Jacqueline are inspired by her childhood memories of the home cooking of her mother in her native home of St. Vincent.
Jacqueline has carried on her mother’s kitchen legacy and passed her love of cooking on to her children. Her two eldest Chantal and Dominic and husband Lassil have gladly taken up the mantle and have partnered with her to become champions of authentic Caribbean cooking. Together they’ve led a revival of Caribbean recipes and ingredients in the U.K. casual dining market.
