The story of Exceline began over 18 years ago, through founder Margaret’s desire to create a place for high-end East African food within the London community. After delivering catering services for a number of years, and winning 1st place in a national restaurant design competiton, Exceline East African restaurant was born in Mare Street, Hackney.
